How do I obtain access to Adobe Creative Cloud?
BYU Employees
All BYU employees must submit a request here for access to Adobe Creative Cloud. Requests by student employees must be approved by their manager before obtaining access. They are also permitted to use Adobe Creative Cloud for personal, non-business related projects.
Students
may purchase a year of access to Adobe Creative Cloud through BYU at the discounted rate of $30.

How do I sign into Adobe Creative Cloud?
1. Launch Adobe Creative Cloud 2. Use your NetID@byu.edu and select continue 3. You will be redirected to a page where you will input your NetID@byu.edu and associated password to sign in (You may need to authenticate through DUO if it is enabled).

How do I backup data from Creative Cloud
Option 1: Download files from the Adobe Sync folder.
Open the Creative Cloud desktop app
Navigate to the "Your Work" tab
Select the "Your Works Link" icon in the left sidebar
Select "Open sync folder"
You can drag and drop synced files directly from Creative Cloud to your desktop
Note: Cloud documents and Mobile creations that are not in the sync folder will need to be downloaded by following the steps in option 2.

How do I access my files after my account expires?
When your license expires, you will lose access to your university Creative Cloud products and files. If you want to continue editing your files stored on the Creative Cloud you must migrate them to a new, personal Creative Cloud membership or a different, personal storage location.
If you purchased a Creative Cloud license through BYU, your access will continue past graduation until a year after your purchase date. If you were granted a Creative Cloud license due to an on-campus job, you will lose access to Adobe products and files upon graduation. If you want to continue editing your files stored on the Creative Cloud you must migrate them to a new, personal Creative Cloud membership or a different, personal storage location.

Acrobat Error: "The serial number ... is already in use by the maximum allowed computers"

Can I request a refund for my Adobe CC purchase?
You may only request a refund within 30 days of purchasing Adobe CC with good reason. (i.e. you accidentally purchased two licenses) We cannot refund a purchase that you made with Adobe, only purchases directly through BYU. In order to request a refund, you need to provide proof of purchase. Please contact IT support to request a refund.
